Every autumn, we invite you to join a unique journey into the world of the olive tree through our 5-6 day “Olive Harvest Program”. During this hands-on experience, participants learn everything about the sacred olive tree – from its cultivation and varieties to the harvesting and production of premium extra virgin olive oil.

Daily activities in the olive grove and mill, olive oil tasting workshops, and traditional meals offer an immersive experience in rural life, connecting you to nature and the ancient culture that surrounds the olive.
